Meet Racheal | Auckland Maternity & Newborn Photographer

With over 15 years behind the camera and more than 8 years specialising in maternity and newborn photography, I bring experience, patience and genuine care to every session.

My photography journey began capturing the landscapes of New Zealand, where I learned to understand light, composition and the little details that make an image feel timeless. When life on the farm kept me closer to home, I discovered an even greater love, photographing children and families.

That eventually grew into maternity and newborn photography, and it’s where I truly found my calling.

Today, I photograph maternity, newborn, milestone and family sessions for families across Auckland. I’m an internationally multi-award-winning photographer, a mum of five and grandmother of five, so I know just how quickly these stages of family life pass.

Years spent on the farm have also shaped the way I work, calmly, patiently and without rushing. My sessions are relaxed and fully guided, with your baby and family’s comfort always at the centre of the experience.

Every photograph is carefully finished in my timeless signature style, creating images designed to be treasured for generations.
